Returns & Replacements
              At Xpress Shoppe, we believe that customer satisfaction is key- therefore we stand behind all merchandise bought at our site. We will replace any order within 7                      days of delivery, with free return shipping if you receive a product which is not as per the specifications ordered by you,

 However do make sure that the merchandise has not been used/worn or altered/tampered with, as well as is accompanied by its original price tag and packing slip.

For wrong quantity, damaged or missing items, contact us within 2 days of receiving the order.

You need to check the color and all the specifications of your product before placing an order. Also you need to check the PIN code for delivery of your order at your address. Please do not order if the product cannot be delivered at your PIN Code.

Please check for COD available on your order or not. Also you can wait for our confirmation mail regarding COD orders. 
For all other orders you will receive the mail within 12-24 hours.
